Therapy

"This is no retreat.
These are no rituals.
And you’ll find no psychiatric sessions here."
Our therapy applies the Inka Method in travel environments. We’ll show you how ancestral cultures possessed deeper knowledge than commonly recognized – now validated by science – to awaken your understanding of life’s true meaning and value.

Our innovative method and approach will prove that solving your life’s challenges (encompassing all existing and future mental conditions) is possible, because they’re all part of existence itself.

We’re clear in stating this: We’ll demonstrate why the solution depends solely on you. The choice to act is yours – because life isn’t about knowing, but living. About action.

Find yourself

The Inka Method is an approach created by Therapeutic Tourism to restore the human mind to its original, natural state – where your innate abilities are all you need to enjoy the life you seek, the life that is rightfully yours.

The Inka Method combines history, science, and simplicity with one purpose: to relearn life and rediscover what history couldn’t erase from your DNA.

This allows you to continue life’s biological and spiritual process.

Why history, science and simplicity?

The method integrates history, science, and simplicity to awaken nature’s logic and life’s fundamental truths in your mind:

• History: Drawing primarily from Inka and pre-Inka civilizations (given our location in Inka territory), while also exploring the history and prehistory of other world civilizations – especially those of our clients’ origins. This reveals how all ancient civilizations shared the same core knowledge, simply expressed differently according to their geographical reality.

• Science: Modern scientific experiments validate how ancestral ways of living align with health, happiness, and cosmic understanding. What we call mythology proves to be abstract narratives conveying deep physicochemical, natural, social, and universal knowledge that all ancient cultures possessed – they just didn’t call it “science.” This understanding is key to reclaiming our ancestral identity.

• Simplicity: This component reactivates essential human functions by focusing on living and surviving – unlike modern comfort that creates idle time and overthinking while neglecting physical activity (the root of mental and physical illness). Simplicity allows faster, more complete absorption of nature’s physicochemical benefits.

"Our therapeutic tourism model goes beyond ecotourism – we’re promoting real sustainability through ancestral practices and measurable regeneration of the self."

Why restore the human mind?

Because this is the only way to live the life you truly seek.

Social engineering has rewritten life’s principles, replacing ancestral wisdom with modern civilization’s flawed paradigms. After losing touch with their roots during the Middle Ages (the age of dictators – imperialism’s hidden face), humanity blindly adopted these new life instructions, unaware they were betraying their own wellbeing and their environment. This collapse occurred simply because people lost their identity – their sovereign connection to the whole through quantum-level bonds.

Did you know? When you sleep aligned with natural rhythms (at sunset), your body achieves:
✓ Cardiac synchronization
✓ Melatonin release (repairing tissues and consolidating memory)
✓ Optimal cortisol/leptin balance

But artificial light (especially LEDs) sabotages this:
✗ Melatonin suppression → insomnia & oxidative stress
✗ Cortisol spikes + leptin drops → metabolic chaos

This wasn’t accidental. Social engineering demanded a humanity that produces more… and consumes more.

This is one only of many topic but “Do you finally understand why you need to restore your mind to its original state?”

Social impact

“The social impact of therapeutic tourism runs deep – while healing individuals, it simultaneously revitalizes communities and reimagines systems. Let us explore how:”

Global Impact of Reclaiming Ancestral Identity: A Data-Driven Analysis, If 10% of the global population (800 million people) reconnected with their ancestral identities and traditional ecological knowledge, the impact would be:

Mental
($7.8 Trillion Annual Savings)

30% reduction in depression/anxiety (equivalent to 350 million fewer cases).

    • Source: WHO (2023) in communities integrating traditional medicine.

25% decrease in chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension).

  • The Tsimane people (Bolivia) have 80% fewer heart diseases than Western populations (The Lancet, 2017).

Economy
(2-3% Growth in Global GDP)

Regenerative therapeutic tourism: Would generate $1.5 trillion annually (vs. $900 billion from conventional tourism).

Ancestral agriculture: If 10% of farmland adopted indigenous techniques (e.g., milpa, agroforestry), food production would increase by 40% without chemicals (FAO, 2022).

Environment
(15% Mitigation of Climate Change)

Prevented deforestation: Communities with strong territorial identities protect 80% of the world’s biodiversity (UN, 2021).

Waste reduction: Rooted societies generate 60% less waste than urbanized ones (World Bank).

Social Cohesion
(20-35% Reduction in Conflicts)

Less forced migration: Communities with strong identities have 50% fewer displaced people (UNHCR, cases in Africa and the Amazon).

Decline in extremism: Where languages and traditions are revitalized, political violence drops by 30% (University of Cambridge, 2023).

"Reconnecting with our roots isn’t nostalgia... it’s the only innovation that can save the future."

Important:

“The therapeutic method: Inka Method is scientifically designed with universal standards suitable for all individuals with basic to optimal intellectual capacity. It demonstrates highest success rates among those disillusioned with traditional therapies and individuals dissatisfied with the reality engineered by social conditioning.”
