All Contitions
“Sorry if you didn’t find what you were looking for, it is because the DSM-5-TR includes around 300 diagnosable disorders. But we have something for you.”
Let’s compare notes on how nature shapes us
On the other hand...
New types (and therapies) will likely emerge. Psychology entered universities in the late 1800s—yet even with modern tech, it’s never “fully solved” patients.
Think about it: If mental struggles had plagued humans 500 years ago, we’d have prioritized psychology over medicine or farming.
"Therapy tailored to you"
What we mean by this is: times have changed, leaving behind millions of years of biological evolution, where the slightest movement or noise triggered attention or alarm—and this is embedded in everything around us in today’s world.
However, social engineering doesn’t want your brain to collapse—unless it generates profit. The healthcare system merely soothes mental disorders but, above all, does nothing to help you learn from life. Instead, it forces you to keep adapting to this so-called “reality,” where from birth you’re told how to do things and specialists “educate” (indoctrinate) you to become part of capitalist production—never independent or self-sufficient. The pandemic proved this.
Terminally ill adults have one thing in common: they regret working so much. Don’t wait for that. The modern world’s living standards are just another form of slavery, disguised as “freedom.” We are the only species on Earth that pays to live, even though everything we need to survive is already available. No matter where you’re from, but if you’re from a Western country, you should know there was a time when your ancestors fought and died to avoid paying taxes. What will you do now?
Now, nobody wants to be independent or self-sufficient because no one wants to sit down and make their own clothes (“how boring”) or grow their own food (“how hard”). Alone, we’d never achieve the precision of mass production—did that ever cross your mind? It’s because fashion, as a tool of social engineering, manipulates your life.
Comfort is a trap of the (unconscious) brain. The brain follows a simple rule: use it or lose it. Exercise prevents over 26 diseases, and there’s a famous saying: “a healthy body, a healthy mind.” Growing your own food might not taste as good, but since when did we start eating for flavor over nutrients? You should also know that a simple life is healthier, as minimalism suggests—but don’t follow that trend blindly, as it just adapts you to the current system.
Since the 18th century, when we began exploring the microscopic world, fear of microorganisms became a business. They made us forget that life—and our own bodies—are based on microbes (bacteria). Simple contact with soil provides Mycobacterium vaccae, which strengthens our immune system. How did they make us forget our roots?
Living off the land has more benefits than you can imagine—biologically, chemically, physically, spiritually, and for expanding consciousness. The last one is the most astonishing because it’s the true potential of our bodies at their peak, what separates us from wild animals and makes us human.
As my ancestors said: we are sons and daughters of the sun. Culturally, the sun is “God,” but in the Inka language (Runa Simi), there is no word for “God.” When speaking of the sun, they say Tayta Inti—Father Sun. It sounds beautiful, I know, almost like romantic, dramatic fiction. But do you know what a SUPERNOVA is?
Tell me, how much did ancient societies (our ancestors) know without AI or advanced technology? Dare to find the change your spirit is screaming for. In the end, it’s just a journey.
“All mental disorders have one thing in common: life itself – and how the mind stores and interprets it. We have the solution for you: relearning life with the Inka Method.”
